TIEMS Africa Emergency Management Project

The program goal is to reduce "the impact of disasters in Africa by improving the access to and availability of information needed to effectively prevent, mitigate and manage disasters"

First presentation at CTO Conference in Dar-Es-Salaam, Tanzania 12th - 14th November 2007.

The project was discussed with potentail African partners during TIEMS and the African Academy of Science's workshop in Nairobi, Kenya, 15th - 17th December 2008.
